Digital Product Policies
Additionally, policies apply to products sold by Flair for Writing LLC, including templates, guides, and files under Digital Product Policies.
Digital Product License
Each purchase provides a license for use within one purchasing organization, in line with Digital Product Polices, unless a different license is stated on the product page.
Purchasers may:
- download and store the files;
- customize them for internal business use;
- create completed records from the templates;
- print copies for authorized internal use;
- and share working copies with employees or contractors who need them for the purchasing organization’s operations.
Purchasers may not:
- resell or redistribute the original or modified files;
- share the files with unrelated organizations;
- upload them to public template libraries or shared drives;
- remove Flair for Writing LLC ownership or licensing notices;
- use the files to create a competing template, forms, or digital-product collection;
- or claim the original product design or content as their own.
Responsibility for internal access remains with the purchaser. Files should be provided only to people who need them for approved organizational work.
Product Update Policy
Under Digital Product Policies, Flair for Writing LLC may periodically revise digital products to correct errors, improve clarity, strengthen instructions, update formatting, and enhance form functionality, ensuring usability across platforms and aligning with current standards.
These updates are made as needed to keep the products reliable and user-friendly, and may involve revisions to content layout, labels, interactive elements, and accessibility features. Stakeholders expect accuracy, consistency, and smooth operation, so revisions focus on readability and practical guidance.
Minor updates may include:
- typographical or formatting corrections;
- clarification of existing instructions;
- corrected file references;
- improved labels or interactive fields;
- and other changes that do not materially expand the product.
Major revisions, substantially expanded modules, new form collections, redesigned products, or future editions may be offered as separate purchases or paid upgrades.
When an included update is released, purchasers may be notified through the email address used at checkout or through the applicable customer account or download area.
Updates apply to the original product files. Flair for Writing LLC does not transfer purchaser customizations into revised versions. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing updates and deciding which changes should be incorporated into their approved internal files.
Updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, all digital-product sales are generally final.
Refunds are not provided because a purchaser:
- changed their mind;
- no longer needs the product;
- purchased the wrong product or edition;
- expected customization or consulting that was not included;
- lacks compatible software;
- or did not review the product description before purchase.
Flair for Writing LLC may review a refund or replacement request when:
- the purchaser was charged more than once for the same transaction;
- the delivered file is materially different from the product purchased;
- the file is corrupted, and a replacement cannot be provided;
- or a verified technical problem prevents access to the purchased files.
Requests must include the purchaser’s name, order information, product title, and a clear description of the problem.
Approval of any refund, credit, or replacement remains at the discretion of Flair for Writing LLC, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Download and Access Responsibilities
Purchasers are responsible for:
- providing an accurate email address at checkout;
- downloading files within any stated access period;
- saving backup copies in a secure location;
- protecting account and download credentials;
- verifying that downloaded files open correctly;
- and maintaining their own customized versions and completed records.
Flair for Writing LLC is not responsible for files lost because of device failure, deleted downloads, expired customer access, account-sharing, unauthorized access, or failure to maintain backups.
A replacement download may be provided when purchase records can be verified, and the product remains available.
File Compatibility
Product pages identify the file formats included with each purchase.
Purchasers are responsible for confirming that they have software capable of opening, viewing, editing, or completing the supplied formats.
Interactive PDF functionality may vary by application, browser, device, or operating system. For best results, purchasers should use a current PDF application that supports fillable fields, check boxes, saving, and printing.
Flair for Writing LLC does not guarantee that:
- every feature will function identically in all browsers or mobile applications;
- third-party software will preserve all formatting;
- purchaser-modified files will remain fully functional;
- or future software updates will not affect compatibility.
Customer-Support Boundaries
Product support covers reasonable assistance with:
- verifying the correct files were delivered;
- replacing a confirmed corrupted file;
- identifying the included file formats;
- and reporting a suspected product defect.
Standard product support does not include:
- customizing the manual or forms;
- writing organization-specific policies;
- legal, tax, employment, privacy, regulatory, insurance, or cybersecurity advice;
- software installation or device troubleshooting;
- repairing purchaser-modified files;
- training staff;
- implementing the product;
- or reviewing the purchaser’s completed manual or records.
Consulting, customization, editing, implementation, or technical services may be available separately under a written scope and paid agreement.
Purchaser Responsibility
Digital products provide documentation-guidance, and implementation tools. The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that all customized policies, procedures, forms, retention practices, contracts, and operating decisions are appropriate for the organization’s:
- jurisdiction;
- industry;
- staffing structure;
- technology;
- insurance requirements;
- contractual obligations;
- and applicable professional guidance.
Policy Changes
Flair for Writing LLC may update these policies periodically. The policy in effect on the purchase date will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
